225 years after a nuclear apocalypse, a band of scavengers discovers an abandoned village stocked with food and supplies and decides to settle there, ignoring the mutilated corpses scattered around. That night, a swarm of genetically mutated, human-sized rats lays siege to the settlement, picking off the survivors one by one, building to a twist ending that upends who the "rescuers" really are.
