Two teenage girls make a prank phone call to a random stranger, telling him "I saw what you did, and I know who you are," unaware they've reached a man who has just murdered his wife. Believing his crime has been discovered, he sets out to track down and silence whoever called, drawing the girls into mortal danger as he closes in on their identity.
