A young doctor arrives at a remote asylum to interview four patients, one of whom is the institution's former head, now insane — his task is to work out which one. Each interview unfolds as its own story: a woman's dismembered lover reassembles himself for revenge, a tailor sews a suit meant to resurrect the dead, a lonely woman's alternate personality commits murder, and an inmate transfers his mind into a lifelike doll. Amicus anthology written by Robert Bloch, with Peter Cushing among the cast.
