Robert Urich plays a suburban aerospace engineer whose family joins an exclusive new country club run by the mysterious Matthew Kesner, played by Susan Lucci, who turns out to be a literal envoy of the devil offering membership in exchange for people's souls. When his wife and children are lured into the club's secret sauna, a portal to Hell itself, and returned soulless and sinister, he has to find a way to rescue them and outwit Kesner. Wes Craven directed this made-for-TV horror outing between his theatrical films, shot by Dean Cundey (fresh off Halloween and The Thing) and co-starring Joanna Cassidy.
