A nightclub entertainer fleeing New York after believing he's killed a mobster tags along with a woman who has just inherited a supposedly haunted castle on a Caribbean island. Once there, the two get tangled up with ghosts, a lurching zombie, and a hunt for the castle's hidden treasure.
