The story follows Christie Ryder (played by Lucinda Dickey), a dual-employed telephone line repairwoman and passionate aerobics instructor. Her ordinary life takes a bizarre, supernatural turn when she stumbles across a rogue "Black Ninja" who has just been gunned down by a massive police squad following a brutal golf course massacre. Before drawing his final breath, the dying warrior uses mystical powers to transfer his evil soul into Christie's body.
