Radioactive experiments release a monstrous, scale-covered creature into the ocean off the California coast, and it begins killing divers and fishermen who stray too close to its lair. Federal agents and a marine biologist race to track down the scientist behind the creature before foreign spies can steal his research. Low-budget Cold War-era monster movie directed by Dan Milner, starring Kent Taylor.
