Original U.S. WWII propaganda poster illustrated by Bernard Siebel, one of the standout artists of the era. The chilling image of a drowning sailor pointing at the viewer with the slogan “Someone Talked!” was part of the legendary “Loose Lips Sink Ships” campaign, designed to remind civilians that careless talk could cost lives.
This example is the scarcer small-format version (approx. 22" x 28"), considerably harder to find than the larger issue. Its compact size, coupled with Siebel’s dramatic design, has made it one of the most sought-after WWII poster designs among collectors.
