Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. but creating an account makes checkout faster, allows you to track your order, and gives you access to your purchase history.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Authenticity & Condition

Are all items truly vintage?

Yes, every item we sell is authentic and guaranteed vintage unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do you guarantee authenticity?

Absolutely. All items come with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. If you ever find a purchase isn’t authentic, we’ll provide a full refund.

What condition should I expect?

Because our items are vintage, some natural signs of age (folds, wear, fading) may appear. Each listing includes details and photos so you know exactly what you’re buying.

Preservation & Restoration

What is linen backing?

Linen backing is a preservation method that stabilizes and restores vintage posters, making them safer to display and less prone to damage.

Do you restore items?

No. but select posters and prints undergo professional preservation and restoration, always with the goal of enhancing longevity without compromising authenticity.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We ship worldwide and use different carriers depending on the destination.  We always use reputable courier or postal services which include tracking information (unless unavailable to the destination country).  

Please contact us should you have any preference on carrier before ordering, as an additional fee may apply.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of any kind, except for our authenticity guarantee policy.
