A group of American tourists on a bus tour of Barcelona becomes the target of a killer who murders victims and cuts out one of their eyes as a grisly trophy. As the body count rises, suspicion spreads among the tour group itself, with the culprit eventually revealed to be a woman avenging the childhood accident that cost her her own eye.
